All ingredients:
eggs
(3)
whipping cream
(200ml)
chocolate
(200g)
salt
(a pinch)
sugar
(50g)
cofee
(a bit)
Step 1
eggs
(3)
Split
eggs (3)
into eggwhite and yolk and beat the eggwhite until stiff. Put it in the fridge.
Step 2
whipping cream
(200ml)
Whip up
whipping cream (200ml)
and put it also into the fridge.
Step 3
chocolate
(200g)
salt
(a pinch)
Melt
chocolate (200g)
with
salt (a pinch)

Step 4
sugar
(50g)
Whip up the 3 eggyolks with
sugar (50g)
. Confidently pour in the melted chocolate.
Step 5
cofee
(a bit)
Optionally, add
cofee (a bit)
, either a bit of espresso or a bit of instant coffee. Obviously I strongly advise for a fresh brewed espresso/mokka.
Step 6
Lift the whipped cream under the mixture and then lift the whipped eggwhites under it.
Step 7
Put in the fridge for hours. Optionally garnish with graded chocolate. Enjoy.
